The interview was very clearly laid out. There were regular check ins with the HR representatives. The level of transparency was impressive. Two interviews with hiring manager. One with team member. One with hiring manager’s boss. One with hiring manager’s boss’ boss.

The interviewers were very friendly and it felt more like a chit chat session. Questions covered the nature of the job, why I was interviewing at GIC, ability to manage stakeholders, and the reasons for leaving my past postings.
