I had an amazing interview experience. My recruiter was in touch with me throughout the process, he gave me valuable inputs about what to expect in the interview. The interviewers were warm, and asked me relevant questions. The deciding factor for me was that when I told them about being a parent soon, they very gladly embraced me, even though I would go on a long parental leave soon. This speaks a lot about GIC's culture.

Met with manager after agency introduced. The process was rude i felt, with the manager forgetting the interview and then later begin late. I felt there was a bit of ego and a lack of understanding on what is being looked , hence question was focusing on things the manager does not really understand. It was a bit disappointing. Overall, the company seems good but the process of selection was not up to par
