The process began positively with an initial non-technical conversation and moved slowly over several weeks. There were extended gaps in communication, including a scheduled follow-up interview that was postponed shortly before it was set to begin. I later completed two additional interviews that seemed to go well, but after another extended delay I was informed that the roles had been filled.
