Il colloquio era molto piacevole. Prima ho svolto un esame individuale per vedere la preparazione. In seguito colloquio di gruppo introduttivo all'azienda con lavori di gruppo e in seguito colloquio individuale.

I had two interviews, and in neither of them was I informed about the client’s name—which is quite important, especially since I had another interview lined up that was likely for the same client through a different company.
The initial HR interview felt rushed, while the technical one was acceptable, but the overall interview environment didn’t feel very professional. For example, I was asked to dictate code changes to an IDE shown on screen instead of working in my own setup, which made the process less comfortable and effective.
There was no feedback provided afterward, no information about the client, and no specifics about where I may not have met expectations. The interviewers were not very communicative and even mentioned that I wouldn’t know whether my answers were correct or not.
Overall, it felt like a waste of time.
Dopo l'application tramite il portale ufficiale ho sostenuto un colloquio conoscitivo iniziale, seguito da colloquio di gruppo per testare le capacita di collaborazione e successivamente da un colloquio tecnico. L'ultimo step comprendeva la proposta economica.
