Initial phone call with manager then invited to interview. Needed to complete psychological tests before interview. Interview was face to face with manager and a colleague. During interview needed to complete a further 3 tasks including a grammar and spelling task, analysis of email metrics and analysis of how to improve a LinkedIN post from the company.
