The process encompassed two interview rounds. The first interview was with manager and a colleague participating some of the time. This should assess previous experience and skills to for the employer and give you as employee a chance to have input on the tasks from employee perspective too. A second round was held with the manager and HR Business Partner and included an assesment tool.
