Entretien
For B. S. level candidates, dinner was provided the evening prior to the official interview date. During this time, interviewees met with managers and the technologist who would be leading from interview to interview the next day. Casual conversation was made and candidates were evaluated personality-wise and interest-wise. Each B. S. level candidate interviewed the following day with 5 separate individuals including the hiring manager, Human Resources, and 3 technologist for technical and non-technical interviews. Candidates were also given a tour of the facilities and shown presentations of previous work completed at GE GRC and also intended new technology paths. The general atmosphere of interviewers throughout the full day seemed rather informal with technologists while formal with hiring managers and HR.

Entretien
Blitz interview. We were brought in as a group and interviewed by managers and selected scientists, one on one. The final interview was with HR to discuss salaries, etc..Most interviews were actually with scientists and were technical. The one with the manager was not technical. It was just an overview of everything.
