I attended an informational session and applied. About a week later I was emailed to set up an interview. After a little over a week, I got a call with a verbal offer of the internship.

Applied at a University recruiting fair. They had 20 minute onsite interview, followed by a HR interview over the phone, and a longer 30 minute interview. Whole process took about 2 weeks
