      The recruitment journey with this company has been an utter disappointment and a disheartening experience. Despite an initial promising interview process spanning over three months, it became evident that their actions were anything but professional and inclusive. After engaging with the recruiting company, going through interviews with both the recruiting team and the hiring manager, and receiving positive feedback, I was left in anticipation for the final decision. However, the promised response was never received, leading me to reach out for clarification. Shockingly, I was informed that the delay was due to an oversight caused by a misplaced mobile charger and a manager's vacation, during which they neglected to communicate the result. But that was not all; the roller coaster of unprofessionalism continued as I was later informed that my potential employment was halted due to "opticals" related to my sponsorship visa, and even more shockingly, because of my nationality. This discriminatory approach completely contradicted their prior indication that my native Arabic skills were an advantage and even the reason for their interest in me. It is deeply frustrating that the commitment to manage my sponsorship visa, emphasized in both interviews by both the hiring manager and the recruiter, was suddenly disregarded. Despite my efforts to propose alternative solutions to expedite the visa process and offer my current visa as an interim solution, both my suggestions were met with silence and disregard. Neither the recruiter nor the manager, who had previously been communicative, responded to my inquiries. This entire experience not only showcases a lack of professionalism and communication on their part but also points to a disturbing element of racial bias. The statement that "the company doesn't hire someone from your country" is not only deeply offensive but blatantly racist. It's disheartening to encounter such practices in a professional setting. In conclusion, my interactions with this company have revealed an alarming lack of transparency, professionalism, and equality in their hiring process. The promise of employment, followed by inexplicable delays, disregard for my suggestions, and discriminatory comments, paints a concerning picture of their company culture. It's crucial that such behavior is acknowledged and addressed, as no individual should have to endure such a distressing and unjust experience when pursuing job opportunities.
