Entretien
Had phone interview with HR. Was told my resume was being passed along to next round interviews. HR rep said they were looking to fill the role within 4 weeks and asked if I had any vacations scheduled that would hinder their process as they would need me to be readily available. I did not. We ended the conversation with HR rep saying she would follow up with me about scheduling next interview. An entire week went by and I heard nothing. I followed up with HR rep and was told the hiring manager had been on vacation all week and they would follow up again. I never heard back until I received a rejection email 3 weeks later. Very disappointing. I can handle being told other candidates are being considered over me, but I don’t appreciate being lied to and strung along.

Screening call, test task, and a follow-up interview The hiring manager was very polite. He explained how the company operates, talked about the company's policies etc. However, the process is very lengthy. Response time after stage was a few weeks.
