First interview with HR consultant who is a screener. Then second interview with a full-time HR rep, then in person with hiring manager and several colleagues. Questions were not too challenging. Value previous experience. Some questions about fundamental principles of marketing.

Standard interview with hiring manager and global lead, competency based questions. Presentation was different, they asked for a dragons den style of pitch for a new product. Good questions, some excellent benefits. the job did change within 3 months of starting as did the hiring manager. One interview face to face after conversations with agency.

Typical interview process coming for a larger company. Included meeting the manager, HR, and other people in the department. Common behavior based questions...GE seems to train its interviewers well for consistency.
