Entretien
This process took a very long time. the GE recruiter found me and after a phone interview submitted my resume. it was at least a month before i heard anythign from my potential managers. once they had my materials the process went a little faster. the interview set was a phone interview, a 1 on 1 in person and after the 1on1 was a group/panel discussion.

Question 1
there were no trick questions or gotcha questions. they were very straight forward with what i would be doing and asked questions about my experience and talent. followed by a walk-through of the facility. the second half of the interview was a panel type Q&A with both team leaders and the department manager. all were very professional and were only concerned with finding out my abilities and fit in the position.
