Entretien
There was 2 rounds, the first round was kind of screening, where I had to write answer to questions on paper. Next round was face to face and I wasn't cleared and they asked me to leave for the day.

Entretien
I had a phone interview around 20 minutes long, all questions are behavioral based (past experiences and other typical questions). After the first call, they call me back and we discussed the interview date.
In the on-site interview:
After the greeting, they offered me a coffee and left some minute to prepare the interview. They informed me of the progress. (all the time in the beginning of phases) The interview was about 3 hours with 3 rounds.
The first interviewer (Test Architect) lead the technical part (point 1 and 2).
1. paper based test – Testing and Java
2. Experience overview, some more technical questions, problem solving
The HR related part (Manager and a HR colleague)
3. behavior based questions, carrier goals
The interviewers are very friendly and helpful.
The next day I got a call with the offer… The deadline only 1 day
I felt very comfortable myself throughout the interview and the offer was fit to me, so I accepted the job offer.
