Submitted application online. Got email from the recruiter and manager to arrange for phone interview. Arranged phone interview in the following week. During the phone interview, the manager introduced GE Health and explain its history with GE. Then he asked about my resume and more.

The selection process consisted of multiple stages. It began with a Group Discussion (GD), where candidates were assessed on their communication skills, ability to work in a team, and clarity of thought. This was followed by Interview Round 1 and Interview Round 2, each designed to evaluate different aspects such as technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and domain expertise. Finally, the shortlisted candidates appeared for the HR interview round, which focused on personality fit, career aspirations, salary discussion, and other human resource–related considerations before making the final selection.

The interview was all about the projects that were done during my B. Tech years. Very targeted questions. Interview felt more like a conversation than a question answer session which was nice.
