Entretien
The first stage was a phone interview, which lasted about half an hour. Second stage is attending an assessment centre. No competency questions, only situation-based, important projects I took part in, what was my role in those projects- leader, coordinator, etc., questions in relation to my previous internships, relevance of my degree to the current role I was applying for, etc.

It consisted of an initial virtual interview centered around questions regarding my resume and then a super day with 2 virtual interviews and a informational session; all of these were behavioral.

Submitted resume than had in-person interview. The interview consisted of only behavioral questions. I wasn't asked to move on to the next round. Applied then got interview a few days later, I believe the application closes in September. After the interview it took them about a week to get back to me.

Assessment centre - Brief is emailed prior to the date, prepare a presentation and present to 20+ managers, 1 hour long interview with 2 hiring managers, group exercise (desert survival task)
