It was a three step process. The first round was group discussion. 3 or 4 people were selected from a group of ten. Students who cleared GD were called for the F2F technical interview. Most of the interview questions were basic technical questions from your respective core subjects. And the last round was a HR interview. Typical HR questions were asked. They check for your suitability and interest in their organization. I got rejected after the HR round. All the best.

The selection process consisted of multiple stages. It began with a Group Discussion (GD), where candidates were assessed on their communication skills, ability to work in a team, and clarity of thought. This was followed by Interview Round 1 and Interview Round 2, each designed to evaluate different aspects such as technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and domain expertise. Finally, the shortlisted candidates appeared for the HR interview round, which focused on personality fit, career aspirations, salary discussion, and other human resource–related considerations before making the final selection.

The interview was all about the projects that were done during my B. Tech years. Very targeted questions. Interview felt more like a conversation than a question answer session which was nice.
