GE has long hiring process; not as efficient, it takes long time, they lose good candidates in the process. You have to submit online application and wait for HR to contact you. then you get a preliminary HR Phone interview, simple skill check and personality check; then Hiring manager phone interview, then Director phone interview... well the process is long and not as clear when the decision will be made.
