I was given a take home exam and then was interviewed by two hiring managers. The recruiter took two weeks to schedule the interview after I submitted my take home exam. Then it took another two weeks for the recruiter to tell me I got rejected. I didn’t even get to do a technical interview and I wasn’t given a reason why. The recruiter was also unresponsive when I asked questions.
