Applied through university career services as well as GE's corporate career site. Interviewed on campus for first round, consisted mainly of behavioral questions. Second round on site for selected division of GE. 2nd round consisted of plant tour, presentations on roles within GE and benefits packages. Interviews were more behavioral questions in a panel setting of 3:1.

This interview was super easy. It was all behavioral questions or tell me about a time questions. The interview was mainly about fit and less about do you know anything about finance. They hired people without any technical finance background and they all succeeded in the interview process. Don't stress and be yourself and you will be totally fine!

Has changed substantially since I was hired but I had a number of phone screenings. Almost all questions were fit or behavioral. Would have had an in person but unusual circumstances prevented me from doing so.
