Initial phone screen with Company's recruiter, followed up with telephone interview with HR Manager. Advanced to 4, in-person interviews with members of the Leadership Team (Site Leader, HR Manager, Operations Manager, and Site Project Manager). Offer was given approximately 1 week later.
