It was a campus placement. The co only visits selected campuses for junior executive and sebior level.
It started with written which was apti cum essay and then interview by their regional manager. Result was declared late evening and then follwed by vc with md after a week.
Interview went long. General question with attitude and mindset check
I got the campus placement and there was a direct interview where they just get to know like who you are what all you have done in the last four years of your college.

It was a fair interview. The panel initially asked me about my past experience and what value I have added in my previous organization. There were some technical questions also.
