Phone Interview, it was almost just a formality. Like they were looking for people to fill the internship position, and they just needed people who were interested to apply to it. The individual interviewing me had a copy of my resume in front of them and asked me about the experiences that I had listed on it. It was a very no-B.S. interview which consisted of the interviewer saying something along the lines of, "It looks like you have good experience in these areas, but tell me about the experience you have in these other areas which we would like to see."
