IT is simple and Easy. I have submitted My CV. After submission of the CV I got call from company for Telephonic round. At this stage they check my communication and presentation skills. After Telephonic round we had Skype for Face to Face. Then we discussed about salary. And finally I got an offer letter to Join this Organisation.
