Phone screen, followed by another phone screen and a plant visit. A personality survey was completed and two assessments, one for mechanical and one for electrical. The assessments were a little challenging. I prepared as well as I could, and have a little experience working on mechanical systems. They indicated that a result of 50% would be good. Still waiting to hear back from the company. Feedback is that it could take a few weeks.
