Situational questions, formal attire but interview is more relaxed and fun. They really want to get a sense of who you are and if you will fit in well with the culture and attitude of the team. Everyone is very friendly and encouraging throughout the process.

Interviewed for the quality engineering position, And I can say it was one of the most fun and enriching experiences I have had in my college experience. If you're considering quality, GAF is a great place to start, as they're willing to help you learn as long as you show interest in them and their work. Their interviewing process is more of a formality to get to know the students and see if any of the hiring managers make connections with them, so try to connect with the managers and be yourself!
