After the initial application I was asked to take an online assessment through HirePro. I received an initial email informing me of the assessment from an HR Representative who never responded to follow-up emails. A few days after taking the assessment, I received an email from a different person informing me they'd like to schedule an online interview. This person also never responded to follow-up emails. After entering availability for virtual interviews I was contacted by a third, different person to set a definitive date and time for the interview. This was the only person to ever actually respond or answer questions. In previous emails I had received conflicting information on next steps and the interview process. When I asked for clarification on the length and type of interview, I was told it would be an initial 30-minute interview focusing on discussing experiences, how I approach challenges, etc. This was not true, as when the actual interview came, it was a technical interview in which I needed to solve a coding challenge on the call. It wasn't hugely difficult or anything, but it did catch me by surprise and unprepared since I was explicitly told that that's not what the interview would be after I directly asked. After this technical interview, the interviewer (who was largely wonderful) told me I would here from somebody soon. It has been three weeks now and I have heard nothing. Not only was I emailed by three different HR reps/hiring managers, but 2/3 of them never responded to emails, and apparently none of them had the same information on what the hiring process was supposed to be like, at least for this job.

I believe I had to take a cognitive test, then a test about computer science. I then got invited to the tech screening which had a simple coding problem. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager with a debrief with the recruiting team after. I had to take the same cognitive test once more and I got the offer.
