Initial interview is a screening with the co-founder, then a hands on workshop with the 3 team members to assess your product planning and critical thinking skills based on a case study they provided.
Despite clearly discussing salary expectations up front at the initial screening stage, they make you come into the office for all rounds only to tell you when you didn’t get an offer that they could only afford to pay 50k less.

Entretien
First stage was a 45minute interview with the owner, followed by 2 separate 3 person panel interviews with the first of those requiring a 10 page PowerPoint presentation case study. They will want you to come into the office for all of these. Despite indicating my desired pay within the application form it was only reveal after the final interview that they would be willing to offer $40k less than what I had requested.

Entretien
Multi stage interview process that involves meeting several team members, and culminates in a product presentation to their senior leadership team. Interview process was engaging and challenging, all staff were friendly and welcoming.
