Internal recruiter failed to show up to my interview twice. When she did show up, she told me my salary expectations were out of line for a legal grad job. I was applying to a marketing manager position, so it was clear she didn’t listen to a word. I ended up declining to speak to the hiring manager due to this experience, although they raised the salary bracket to accommodate me. This had been a dream company for me, but this turned me off completely.
