Process is good, some great people work in the company.
But unfortunately the company seems like they don’t really care about their sales staff what so ever. Feels like they just want to use you for their events (summits) and then fob you off.
No real career security shown or even spoken about by the managing director.
Anyone looking to make a quick buck (not even worth the quick buck because you could probs get a wfh customer service job and make more money anyways in a entry level position).
Nice people to chat to but that’s about it.
