The first interview was a video screening which was very straight forward and easy. I then moved onto the second interview which was with the person I'd be reporting to if I was hired. He made it obvious that he cared about the interviewee's and told me repeatedly that regardless of who gets hired he would be willing to help me in the future which I appreciated a lot.
