First a telephonic call and then face to face interveiw with the head of sales and CEO in a cafe next to the work place. The showcased their company and literally sold me themselves, while though asking them about salaries they were hesitant and said its very easy to get commission but they never gave any details which was bad as later i found out about it from the other colleagues which was devastating as i lost a lot of my commission
