I've sent my CV and got a prompt response asking me if I was available for an interview. We had the interview a week after that and it took about forty minutes. It was a really cool experience and it was focused more on getting to know my personality. After that I've be given a task related to the position and I got back for a second interview which was focused on my skills set. That was successful as well as I got an offer to join the team.
