Process is pretty straight forward but the 3 last interviews are booked together and you have to do them even if you didn't do well enough to pass the previous one. It can be in 1 day or spread in multiple days.
The coding test was to assign loans "fairly" based on people's preferences. Not very "leet code" like, white fair. The architecture thing is to build a twitter clone. You need to think higher level about the whole architecture.

Your average interview process, ended up being a waste of time as they lowballed me and offered a salary way before my last one. I was applying for a senior level role but what they really mean by that is "tech lead", probably to avoid paying them lead level money. Recruiter was somewhat disorganised.

We have a very high bar for performance across our Product Engineering function which unfortunately sometimes means that candidates applying to Senior roles do not perform at the expected level of a Senior in the interview.
The team really enjoyed meeting you and saw a lot of positives in your communication style and coding skill and while we did not formally offer you a role we did want to express that we were interested in your experience at the Mid level should you be open to considering it.
We understand your frustration and know it wasn't the outcome you were hoping for. We'd like to take the time to wish you all the best for the future.
So applied had an inital phone screen, the phone screen was your average phone screen but I had to play the numbers game with the recruiter on what the salary actualy was. Luckly theres plenty of info on glassdoor for a good ball park.
Next was the tech screen. That was with two engineers live coding session. This was an absolute disaster for me. I am normaly pritty good but I got a bit deep into the weeds on the problem and i burned too much time.
I knew even during the interview I was rejected. However, the problem is FC never contacted me back to let me know i was formally rejected. I havent bothered chasing, but they should at least sent me a formal rejection.

Write something that encodes a string, there was a second part to decode but I totally screwed up the implementation so i didnt get that far.
