The whole process took approximately 3 weeks. I applied online and shortly after the recruiter reached out to me to arrange a screening call. The next step was an interview with one senior product manager where we went over a product manager case study. Shortly after that there was the final stage with an approximately 3 hours full panel. The full panel was consisted from people with various roles, from delivery leads, to tech leads and other product managers. Throughout the process, the recruiter was very helpful and extremely responsive, consistently sharing feedback and any information I would need prior to each session. All of the interviewers were respectful and eager to help me understand more about the role and the company, aside of evaluating my skills and relevance to the role. All in all, a really positive experience.
