They are looking for a unicorn, that does not exist. Same role has been up for months with 200+ applicants and you're telling me you couldn't find one? Ridiculous. I made it all the way to the final round and did not receive an offer. Not sure what they're looking for, given that I have previous career coaching experience for over 5+ years.
