Tech Mahindra conducts on-campus hiring with a 4-round selection process:
1. Round 1: Online Assessment oncampus
- This round has three sections:
- Aptitude (Quantitative, Logical, and Verbal Reasoning)
- Technical (Programming concepts, Computer Science fundamentals, Cloud, Networking, etc.)
- Essay Writing (15 min).
- Each section is eliminatory.
2. Round 2: Online Communication Test
- This round evaluates communication skills, such as pronunciation, fluency, grammar, and comprehension.
- It is also an elimination round but relatively easy.
3. Round 3: Technical Interview
- In this round, candidates are tested on their technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and project experience.
4. Round 4: HR Interview
- The final round assesses a candidate’s soft skills, cultural fit, and general personality traits.
