I had applied through LinkedIn Jobs and got a callback for an interview. The interview was easy and the technical interviewers were nice. After clearing two rounds of interview I went to hr round. That's where the issues began. The hr took all my details and send that they would get back to me with a job offer in one hour. When she called she she made me a offer which was so low, it was insulting. This was after I had told them my expected amount before the interview process. She was trying to manipulate me because I had told her that I'm an immediate joiner. After clearing two round of technical interviews one does not expect this sort of unprofessional and manipulative behavior from HR. Lost a lot of respect for the company and for the HR profession.
