You basically go through 3 interview's, first Hr interview then two technical interviews, My first technical interview was with an external figure who has been in Fujitsu many years, he never turned on the camera and accused me that I was not transparent of my knowledge (funny how he talks about transparency while performing the interview with the webcam off) Furthermore he decided then I wasn't the right candide sending me an email in an unpleasant manner basically disrespecting my reputation. Worst Interview process I ever had in my life.
