There was a Preparation session by the recruiter giving an overview of the opportunitiy including renumeration pay scales plus inside information as to the type of questions are usually asked. Then a mock up questionaire followed by discussion and advice.
Management presentation including multiple choice IT knowledge and situational questionnaire
1:1 Interview with a divisional manager with some tricky questions.

Straightforward. Interested in previous experience and where I'm going to.
Nothing out of the ordinary... like many other companies that have a dedicated resource team to assist with the interview process.

Submit CV - Followed by an interview. The interview was at their Stevenage office. It was fairly straight forward. There didn't expect any previous IT experience - only asked that you had some interest in computers.

Be prepared for the test. You will get a test that isn't that related to general IT. For example a lot of the questions are algebra. I didn't expect this at all.
