They score you on each round and then the people with the highest scores get to the assessment centre, so just because you passed a stage doesn’t mean you’ll necessarily be moved onto the next one.

Two rounds of interviews, one behavioural one on one interview with a principal consultant, then a less formal interview with members of the team.
