Similar to other graduate processes. Application, tests, automated video interview then assessment centre. They score you on each round and then the people with the highest scores get to the assessment centre, so just because you passed a stage doesn’t mean you’ll necessarily be moved onto the next one.

Entretien
Two rounds of interviews, one behavioural one on one interview with a principal consultant, then a less formal interview with members of the team. The first interview was somewhat difficult as there were constant behavioural questions surrounding my previous roles. Second interview a lot more of a friendly meet and greet.
