The interview process was smooth and well-organized, with clear communication, professional conduct, and engaging questions. Overall, it was a positive experience from start to finish.
The interviewers were friendly and made the process comfortable, leaving a strong impression of the company's culture.
I can recommend.

HR calls you first. They don't tell you you will have no weekends. But they will tell you, you will work on shifts: from 06:00 till 22:00. They will not tell you the project, but they know it. Will ask you if you want to relocate to Lodz. If you agree you go to the next step.
Second is the so called technical interview. It's ridiculously easy. It's just a formality, because they want you for your native language and cheap labor. There were just 2 questions over the phone.

General interview was easy going and relaxed.
Has a language test for both English and French, as well as some behaviour questions towards colleagues, management and stress.
Technical stuff was barely touched upon.
