I met with the manager and supervisor who both made me feel relaxed and comfortable...incredible experience! This was my first interview after almost 20 years and I was so scared and had done a lot of prep reading, I almost cancelled the interview! They gave me very positive feedback on my resume and after an hour of discussing the company's culture and goals, I walked out knowing I had the job and was ready to get started.
