Prescreened first before an in person interview in Denver. They give you a list on what to wear. You pay for your own hotel room. Best bet use expedia. They seem to hire mostly white and black people. If you are latino with an accent then you would get hired. But like I said you must have an accent. I noticed 3 latin women 2 without accent and one with..the one with the accent was hired. Also, I noticed flying back home the one latin FA on my flight also had a heavy accent. Again I am just stating from observastion..see for yourself. FYI...You can not be pretty. Round one: They call you by number and send you to a room for a F2F. The person conducting the interview was not very pleasent to me but was to the other candidate. You will be interviewed with another fellow candidate at the same time. (This was interesting, the prescreened phone interview questions were repeated to me during F2F. I answered the same questions with the same answers and Im sent home). When done, expect another face to face interview. This will be an indication that you are being hired. If you go on to round 2 to do something other than another face to face such as jumpseat and or PA reading consider yourself not hired. They waste your time by making do the little stuff to string you along...I guess to buy time and/or to make it seem as they gave you more time to try to shine. They also tell you to wait 6 months to reapply..Hey if you didn't want me the first time why bother a second time.

Group interview first then one on one. They will ask scenarios so be prepared and stay ready and don’t be nervous. They are all nice and know that everyone is scared but they want to see your personality
