Interview went well. One 30 minute interview with hiring manager, then a 2 hour interview with various managers/directors including an Excel case. They sent out a prescreen questionnaire and asked my current salary but then after 2.5 hours of interviews offered me 11k less then current salary. When I countered they said my salary far exceeds the range. So why interview if they couldn't come close to my current salary? Waste of time.
