You went in a room and waited for 2 hours until all 140 seats were filled. Frontier airline managers come in every 15 minutes to tell everybody they can't have tattoos and work there. Then they make all 150 applicants sit and watch a movie about Frontier airlines. This takes about an hour. Then they put us in groups of 10 and put us standing up in a circle staring at each other. They ask us each a question. These are the possible three questions they could ask you. 1. Tell me something unique about yourself. 2. How would your best friend describe you in one word. Give me three different words. 3. Tell me about yourself in less than 1 minute. There were 2 interviews staring at us while we each answered. They did not crack a smile. I thought they were pretty rude because they never made eye contact nor did they smile. RUDE. The process was humiliating. Then they put all 140 of us back into the room to sit and wait. Then they make us wait another 1 to see if we get to go to round 2. There are 4 rounds of interviews. They make everybody listen to them talk a bout the company and and also answer questions from applicants. Then after an hour they start calling people in groups of 20. They take that group and walk them out in the hallway and tell them "DON'T LET THE DOOR HIT YOU ON THE WAY OUT, YOU'RE NOT HIRED!!" They don't really say that, but they do tell us that group of 20 that they are not hired. It's a real slap in the face if you ask me. Then they go back to the room and call another group of 20 people. They keep doing this group of 20 elimination and whoever is left in the room gets to go onto round 2. I don't know what happened after this because I didn't make it past round 1. I do think it would of been nicer if they would of just put names on the door like other airlines do, and if your name is on the door. I don't see a reason to do it this way.
