We had an overall pleasant conversation but he was really unprepared to answer any of my basic HR questions and seemed extremely nervous about speaking in general. He sent me a link to schedule a follow-up call with the hiring manager at which point I discovered that Front's senior engineering leadership basically consists of a kid whose resume is 75% internships. I declined to proceed at that point.
