First stage is apt test, generally rational thinking tests
Second and the final stage is the one hour interview with a partner on the panel.
Short selection process, most assessments are done during the vac scheme, not before.
The interview was engaging and well-structured. The questions were insightful, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I appreciated the opportunity to discuss my qualifications and learn more about the company's vision and values.

It was smooth and enjoyable. The recruiter was very nice and was more focused on getting to know my persona rather than asking technical questions, an aspect that I really enjoyed.
