This company advertised a management trainee role so I was excited to atleast here the opportunity. The forst interview seemed weird from the beginning. The very young, unprofessionaly dressed, and lack of experience of conducting interviews or managing people hiring manager struggled throughout the entire process and failed to mention this is not a management trainee role but actually door to door sales. Thisnseemed odd but since this company wasted my time I decided to return the favor and attend the second in person interview. Oh man, I can say after being in management for 20 years that the lack of professionalism in this company is horrible and most of them should be fired. It did make for an entertaining interview and was finally told this was door to door sales working 12 hour days mon-fri and Saturday for $700 weekly. No thanks, I'll go sale cars or literally anything else in life than work for this company.
