I was called twice for interviews for two different applications a couple years apart. Both went badly. At the first application, the interview room was occupied without the manager’s knowledge for the second interview and I had to be interviewed in the common room full of students listening to me. It was like I was being interviewed by 20 students, it was pretty embarrassing. They didn’t ask anything different either, more like the same questions. Both managers present were pretentious so I’m actually glad I didn’t get the job. On the second application it was a part time low paying job for a pretty rundown property and I had 3 interviews. 3! We talked again and again about the same things and it was honestly like a bad therapy session. Very judgmental too. I mean, if you aren’t willing to hire me then why torture me? On the third , the regional manager came too. Give me a break. A waste of time.
