There was an initial phone call, we've discussed my experiences and I was invited for a face-to-face interview. I knew of what to expect, so there wasn't any surprises (I've email asking what I should expect). The interview consisted of competency based questions - tell me about a time when... and some general questions - tell me about yourself and your previous experiences. Everyone I met was very friendly and made me feel very welcome at the time I came for the interview.
